Self care is so important when we approach our clutter clearing process because it's really not meant to be punishing.
Challenging? Yes! Confronting? Yes! Punishing? No!
Self care needs to be built into your clutter clearing process and that means taking time to rest, taking breaks, eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water and showering or bathing when you're done.
