F Clutter Wednesdays - Why Procrastinate?

Are you procrastinating something right now? Do you know why?

It is because you don't want to do it? Is it because you are tired or sick? Is it because you're afraid of change?

Sometimes the why of our procrastination can help us to get moving. You know what else helps? Lots and lots of love for our stuck parts.

I'd love to hear from you about why you're procrastinating and what helps you to get unstuck. Comment below to let me know.

I want you to know that you are 1000% lovable no matter what you're doing or not doing. That's a fact.

Love,
Cecilia

F Clutter Wednesdays - Advanced Time Container Techniques

Remember the Time Container? It's the back bone of our clutter clearing work.

Do you need it to clear clutter? No. Can it make clutter clearing easier? YES, especially if you have a hard time starting (or stopping).

I had a request for some advanced Time Container Techniques especially if you have trouble hearing the timer.

My suggestion? Use a another person instead of a machine to keep you on task.

You can watch the video of me in my big orange scarf to see what I had to say (plus some exciting personal news)!

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

So... What do you think? Ready to make a date with another real live human being? Comment below to let me know. Also I'd love to hear from you if you have any tips that have helped you to stick to and use Time Containers. Yay!

You rock you clutter f’ing warrior and I love you.

Love,
Cecilia

F Clutter Wednesdays - Surrender

It was a bit of an uncomfortable day and I feel vulnerable about this video but it felt important to share what was real for me. Maybe you're having an uncomfortable day too and we can be uncomfortable together. ;)

As my partner Mark often says, it's hard to be a person sometimes. It's hard when things don't go the way you expect and when things are uncertain and weird. It's hard when you're pushed out of your comfort zone.

But there's a gift there too. There's an opportunity to open and change and let things transform, but transformation is anything but comfortable. I'm now reminded of something my astrologer Julia says, which is people don't change unless they have to. We are very happy to stay small and comfortable and unless challenged to, we don't often grow.

So here's my ramble for today... Quite vulnerable and 100% real.

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

What do you do when things are weird and uncomfortable? Do you keep moving or do you stop? Do you close or do you open?

Comment below to let me know.

I have so much love for you. Thank you for reading to the end and thank you for showing up the way you do. Courage is contagious. Let's do this!

Love,
Cecilia
