15 Minute Clutter Clearing Dare - F Clutter Wednesdays

Yay! It's Wednesday!

Today I have a little dare for you. What if you spend just 15 minutes doing something that you've been putting off for a long time? Maybe it's something that you think is impossible or something that you think will take awhile.

I've had a few experiences in the past couple of weeks where I spent a little bit of time working on something that I've been putting off forever and the pay back was huge.

Will you pull it off it in 15 minutes? Maybe, maybe not, but at least you'll get started and you may get more ideas about how to make the impossible possible.

Go ahead, I dare you... <3

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

Are you in? If yes, set your timer for 15 minutes, go do something you've been putting off and then check back in.  Comment below to let me know how it goes.

You can do it!!! For reals...

Love,
Cecilia

How To Open? - F Clutter Wednesdays

Karen on Facebook asked for some clarification on opening:

"I am having a hard time understanding how this idea of working from an open place would work in real life. It's always really helpful to me when you give an example from your own life or work - would this be possible?"

So here are some examples from my life which I hope are helpful.

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

Did you ever have a time where you just opened? Where you dropped the fight, stepped forward instead of stepping back, when you let go? I'd love to hear about it, comment below to let me know.

You know what darling? I love you... and you can do this, keep going and remember I'm always here so if you have a question or you get stuck reach out.

Love,
Cecilia

How To Keep Moving Forward - F Clutter Wednesdays

This week we have a question from the Facebook group:

"My question is how to take more steps forward. I feel I am always going 2 forward and 5 back?"

This is a great question and I've answered it from a few different angles in the video below. As you'll find perspective is really helpful in this situation.

(Please note I use strong language in the video so you may want to listen with headphones if you have little ones around.)

Can you relate to this feeling of taking 2 steps forward and 5 steps back? What happens when you stop and look at the big picture? I'd love to hear about it, comment below to let me know.

I'm always open for questions, so please keep them coming! Sending lots of love to you today. Keep moving, keep doing what you're doing. I 1000% believe in you!

Love,
Cecilia
